OpenAI lets you download your ChatGPT history as a ZIP of JSON files. Anthropic has a similar export. These files are useful for data portability but not for reading — the JSON structure isn't meant to be human-friendly. Paste the contents of a conversations.json file (or a single conversation object) below and choose your output format. The conversion runs entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to any server.
