Which extension should I use for both Claude and ChatGPT?

All three say conversation content stays in the browser. The difference is what else moves: AI Toolbox's own site says folders, prompts and tags sync to their servers, encrypted at rest. ChatPeer syncs nothing, because there is no endpoint to sync to. Superpower ChatGPT describes itself as local-first and does not publish a sync policy either way.
Can I install more than one of these at once?
